To assist with daytoday parts operations business which includes but not limited to the following: Increase parts sales for the branch inventory control employee development customer retention project planning / execution.
Maintain communication and cooperation between all Ring Power departments (i.e. Service Sales Accounting etc.).
Assist in Managing the parts staff including monitoring their job descriptions and evaluating their performance and reporting to the Branch Parts Manager.
Provide customer (1st) service to all customers both internal and external via incoming calls and walkin requesting parts assistance.
Oversee shipping and receiving of emergency orders and stock orders for customers and vendors.
Communicate and negotiate with vendors.
Follow up on back orders with vendors and customers.
Monitor reports for order completion of parts for all customers.
Create and develop new marketing ideas to increase customer base.
Assist in daily inventory control reports and duties.

2 to 5 years of related parts and/or parts management experience.
PC Skills (word excel powerpoint etc.).
Inventory control management and reporting experience.
Must be able to comprehend speak and write the English language.
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
High School Diploma or related equivalent required.
