Act as the main point of contact for all data collections required by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). This includes handling local state and federal mandated reporting for student and staff demographics enrollment schedules and related data such as SIMS SCS EPIMS SSDR and CRDC with school staff administrators and other district personnel to ensure accurate and consistent data entry practices at the review and certify all required DESE reports (e.g. October 1st enrollment End of Year data course schedules personnel data safety/discipline data).Ensure that all data submissions comply with DESE regulations and federal mandates including FERPA and ESSA while adhering to all applicable technical support to the Food Service Department with reporting data management and Mosaic software as current with best practices in data management educational data standards and state reporting duties as deemed necessary by the position provides moderately complex administrative support management of the Districts student information system data collection and state and federal reporting.
