We provide therapeutic and social supports to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.
We Are Looking For Full Time Program Manager To Work In Our Residential and Day Program In Framingham!
Salary: $23.20 per hour
JRI Provides The Training So That:
- YOUwill provide supervision and oversight to a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- YOUwill prepare staff schedules and payroll reports.
- YOUwill manage program petty cash funds.
- YOUwill complete and maintain internal and external documentation including health care assessments appointment forms and healthcare records.
- YOUwill manage individuals case records and other record keeping systems.
- YOUwill assist with developing and implementing ISP support strategies.
- YOUwill communicate with other service providers guardians and families.
- YOUwill supervise program staff providing oversight feedback on their performance and hands-on training including formal training for staff on healthcare issues.
- YOUwill supervise and delegate duties to direct care staff.
- YOUwill implement and train staff on behavior plans and guidelines as needed.
- YOUwill provide on-call assistance and supervision to program staff after hours and on weekends.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology Social Work or related Human Service field are preferred.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Have the proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both oral and written form.
- Valid drivers license and the ability to drive an agency vehicle.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
