You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJoin our dynamic team as a Hospitality Service Representative (HSR) where youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a safe clean and welcoming environment. Reporting to the Team Lead of Hospitality Services youll be responsible for cleaning patient care areas transporting patients and ensuring medical supplies are stocked.
Were seeking individuals with strong communication skills a positive attitude and a genuine concern for patient comfort. Flexibility teamwork and adaptability are essential in our fastpaced environment. This role requires physical stamina for tasks like heavy lifting patient positioning and handling cleaning equipment.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in hospital housekeeping and familiarity with technology systems. If youre ready to contribute meaningfully to patient care while embracing new challenges wed love to have you on our team!
Grade 12 education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Must be positive and contribute actively to workplace solutions.
Demonstrated concern for the care and comfort of patients.
Ability to read follow instructions and basic math skills.
Must have satisfactory work performance in present position.
Must have previous proven good attendance record.
Must be able to perform heavy lifting.
Ability to be flexible and adapt easily to changes in schedule work assignments and environment.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and accomplish tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Must successfully complete the required training program within probationary period.
Must be physically able to position and transfer patients.

Ability to safely work with a variety to industrial housekeeping chemicals.
Ability to perform overhead cleaning.
Must be comfortable working on a safety ladder.
Preferred
Familiarity and comfort with technology systems (computers pagers smart phones).
Previous experience with hospital housekeeping duties.
Previous experience in safely operating housekeeping equipment (auto scrubbers burnishers vacuums and steamers).
Housekeeping duties related to all patient care areas this includes cleaning up body fluids (urine feces and blood).
Assists in transferring positioning or lifting patients under the direct supervision of a designated health care professional.
Performs patient transportation duties within patient care unit area and to other locations within the hospital.
Assists in hospital codes as appropriate.
