Role Context
Administer and support Communications department in executing and monitoring communications strategies in line with business strategy and objectives Group guidelines and policies
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks for the Communications Team research updating of website content vendor documentation (invoices CEs)Compile and maintain a regional tier1 media list and features list
- Compile and maintain a comprehensive library of images and videos
- Compile and maintain a comprehensive library of campaign toolkits global and regional
- Compile and maintain library of all Communications templates
- Monitor media and create media coverage reports for regional and global teams
- Work with the communications coordinator to plan internal events and initiatives
- Work with the communications coordinator to rollout internal communications initiatives
that there is consistency in corporate design across all internal and external communications projects - Deliver assigned activities as per defined timelines budgets and quality standards
