Role Summary:
Responsible for leading and expanding Corporate Communications CSR and Partnership initiatives this role is key to positioning the brand as a trusted lifelong vision care partner. It involves driving impactful outreach programs across schools hospitals medical centres and community networks.
The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong coordination skills bringing proven experience in campaign development stakeholder engagement and event execution while working independently and ensuring alignment with the brand s values and strategic direction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement annual CSR and partnership strategies that align with brand goals and support national health and education priorities.
- Propose innovative and impactful initiatives tailored to various life stages including children teenagers working adults and seniors.
- Establish nurture and grow partnership with:
- Educational institutions including private international government schools colleges and universities
- Healthcare providers such as hospitals clinics and medical centres
- NGOs community groups and corporate organizations
- Act as the brand representative in proposal presentations partnership negotiations and strategic discussions.
- Lead projects and serve as the on-ground event coordinator overseeing activities from planning through execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing optometrists and creatives to ensure smooth and aligned execution.
- Maintain brand consistency industry accuracy and high-quality experiences across all touchpoints.
- Prepare comprehensive post-event analyses including photographic records and recommendations for future enhancements.
- Gather and analyze feedback participant data (e.g. reach and engagement) and ROI for each activation.
- Propose continuous improvements based on insights and past experiences.
- Oversee budgets track expenditures and recommend cost-effective solutions as necessary.
- Ensure all external activities adhere to corporate governance standards and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Event Management or a related discipline.
- 5 7 years of proven experience in corporate communications CSR partnership management or community engagement initiatives.
- Experience in the healthcare education or consumer brand sectors is a plus.
- Excellent skills in project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skilled presenter with the ability to engage effectively with high-level stakeholders such as school leaders and healthcare executives.
- Exceptionally organized self-motivated and attentive to detail.
- Effective team player with a proven ability to collaborate across functions.
- Capable of delivering timely updates to internal stakeholders to ensure project visibility and alignment.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
