Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Automation Tester to lead test automation across projects and teams in a fastpaced retail environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing implementing and maintaining scalable test frameworks
- Driving QA standards and mentoring testers across the business
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage
- Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and supporting continuous testing
Requirements:
- Proficiency in TestComplete (highly advantageous)
- Experience in the retail domain (preferred)
- ISTQB certification and relevant IT qualifications (a plus)
- Excellent communication coaching and problemsolving skills
This role is fully remote; however occasional visits to our Head Office in Parklands Cape Town may be required.
