Vacancy: MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Hornchurch RM1
Salary: OTE 65k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a busy Estate Agency Group which provides copious amounts of warm leads to its prolific Mortgage Services Division based in the Hornchurch area.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified; have current Competent Advisor Status (CAS) and be an excellent communicator; able to build rapid and longlasting rapport with customers.
You will have great attention to detail the ability to spot business opportunities demonstrate that you are selfmotivated and have a proven track record of working in a targeted sales environment.

Skills required for this Financial Services: Mortgage & Protection Advisor role will include:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- CeMAP (or equivalent) Qualified
- Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
- Previous use of mortgage specific software
- Skilled at cross selling opportunities
- Smart & wellpresented
- Wellspoken and articulate
- Excellent telephone manner and superb interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and selfmotivated
- The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
- Hold a full UK driving license
