Job Summary
Fragrance Advisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fragrance Advisor to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a strong understanding of fragrances and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail sales specifically within the consumer products industry.
Tasks
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on fragrances.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Assist in the replenishment of stock and displays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in store sales and counter sales (minimum 1 year maximum 5 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of fragrances and related products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of customer service orientation.
