About the opportunity

Based at our Launceston site and working across our region of sites you will assist people with disabilities and barriers to achieve life changing employment goals. The Business Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support with a focus on customer service to ensure the smooth running of daytoday operations. Some duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Meet greet and direct the flow of participants who attend site for appointments
  • Conduct appointments with participants and assist with direct registrations
  • Assist participants to access and utilise job search facilities on site
  • Answer enquiries via phone email and face to face
  • Liaise with contractors and external stakeholders such as RTOs suppliers and employers
  • Maintain administration and facilities on site including stationery orders mail purchase orders and WHS & incident management

About you

  • You are a confident and trustworthy selfstarter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results
  • Exceptional customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
