You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Area Business Head Credit Life will be responsible for driving business performance and growth for Credit Life insurance products across a designated geographic area. The role involves managing key partner relationships (especially with banks NBFCs MFIs) leading a team of sales professionals ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
Drive Credit Life insurance product sales through partner institutions like banks NBFCs and MFIs.
Achieve area-level business targets (revenue persistency partner engagement).
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Partner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions at the area and branch level.
Conduct regular partner meetings joint field calls and business reviews.
Train and motivate partner staff on Credit Life products and processes.
Team Management:
Lead coach and manage a team of Territory Managers / Sales Officers.
Monitor team performance provide regular feedback and ensure productivity.
Facilitate onboarding training and performance management of team members.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure timely and error-free issuance of policies.
Maintain MIS track performance metrics and report regularly to higher management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
Customer Service & Retention:
Handle escalations and ensure high service standards.
Work on improving persistency and customer satisfaction.
