Job Description
Oversee unit staffing schedules for direct care staff.
- Inform the PRTF Staffing Coordinator on PRN staffing needs.
- Maintain communication with direct care on schedule changes.
- Ensure that all doctors appointments and offsite medical visits are covered with staff vehicles and petty cash when needed.
- Will accept all 1st and 2nd shift direct care callins and ensure coverage.
- Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age culture and population being served.
- Follows all safety policies and adheres to all workers compensation program guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Walking; reaching; bending; pushing; pulling; lifting heavy loads (i.e. at least 50 pounds).
