Your Role

As a Fraud Prevention Manager you will be instrumental in building fraud detection strategy andsystems and improving operational response to card transaction fraud. Your mission will be toestablish a bestinclass cardfraud function for our credit card business ensuring robust defensesagainst emerging threats.

The ideal candidate combines a strategic vision with a handson approach to designing implementing and scaling fraud prevention capabilities.
Develop and Implement Fraud Prevention Strategies: Design and execute on acomprehensive card fraud prevention strategy rooted in a riskbased multilayeredapproach. Integrate tools and technologies to detect prevent and mitigate threats ensuringregulatory compliance and frictionless customer experience.
Analyze Data to Identify Fraud Patterns: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques andSQL to detect fraud patterns anomalies and emerging threats within transaction proactive datadriven recommendations to refine risk rules optimize fraud modelsand support continuous improvements across all fraud prevention initiatives.
Set the product agenda: Own the requirements for product engineering roadmap as itrelates to fraud prevention. Collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to improvetools and processes ensuring resilience and scalability aligned with the business objectives.
Monitor and Investigate Fraud Alerts: Oversee monitoring of card transactions and fraudalters using existing and new detection systems. Conduct investigations into suspiciousactivities uncovering root causes and collaborating on corrective actions to mitigate futurerisks. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of incidents and provide comprehensivereporting to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Product Engineering Compliance Operationsand external teams to execute on the Fraud Prevention Strategy as well as implementingprocess improvements to streamline fraud workflows.
Improve Capabilities: Regularly assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention tools andprocesses identify opportunities for automation workflow optimization and tool integrationto strengthen the banks overall card fraud defense.
