US Immigration Attorney (Associate Legal Counsel)

What is this role responsible for:

• Providing accurate strategic and timely legal guidance on US business immigration processes (H1B L1 E2 E3 O1 EB1A/B PERM).

• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to enhance Concords proprietary technology solutions driving increased efficiency and automation.

• Advising clients clearly on documentation visa strategies timelines and formfiling procedures.

• Identifying and implementing opportunities for technological integration within immigration workflows.

• Contributing insights to shape Concords product development roadmap.

• Staying current with immigration laws proactively addressing regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
