Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Representing clients in court arbitrations and administrative hearings
- Drafting pleadings motions discovery and other legal documents
- Providing strategic advice on legal disputes and transactions
- Negotiating settlements and advocating for client outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive team-oriented environment
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3 6 years of litigation experience especially in personal injury construction defect or business litigation.
- Excellent research writing and analytical skills
- Courtroom or deposition experience (preferred but not required)
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to build lasting client relationships
- Admission to the California Bar and in good standing
