Team Leadership Opportunity in Gaming Equipment Administration Careers in Bogota
As the Team Leader Gaming Equipment Administrator at our cuttingedge Bogota facility you will oversee the administration maintenance and inventory of all gaming equipment essential for our live production and broadcasting operations. Working closely with technical production and operations teams you will ensure all equipment is maintained cataloged and fully operational. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability safety and continual improvement contributing directly to seamless studio performance and exceptional player experiences.
Position: Team Leader Gaming Equipment Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records and inventory of all gaming equipment including cards dice roulette wheels and ancillary items like card shoes and transport boxes.
- Ensure gaming tables are properly stocked and in excellent working condition by directly observing or communicating with key personnel such as Shift Managers Shufflers Trainers and Floor Supervisors.
- Plan and manage the replacement of outdated equipment maintaining detailed records of the replacement process.
- Oversee orders for studio gaming equipment and perform administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Supervise and coordinate staff organize workflows assess employee performance and offer motivation and coaching when necessary.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports for line managers including key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment upkeep and performance.
- Provide daily activity updates to direct managers ensuring clear and consistent communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- At least two years of experience leading and managing teams with a proven ability to inspire and guide others.
- Comfortable using various software and technology tools to support daily tasks.
- Excellent presentation skills able to explain information in a simple and convincing way.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
- A keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including 24/7 shifts as needed.
