Position Overview
We re seeking a highly motivated experienced and entrepreneurial FullDesk Healthcare Staffing Lead to play a critical role in launching and scaling our business. This role will start as a highimpact individual contributor responsible for both business development and recruiting. As the agency grows you ll help build and manage a team of recruiters and account managers eventually stepping into a regional leadership role.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in both strategy and and wants to help build something meaningful from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement:
Identify pursue and secure new healthcare client partnerships (clinical and nonclinical).
Maintain and expand relationships with existing healthcare clients.
Conduct client presentations negotiate contracts and ensure service excellence.
Understand client needs and develop customized staffing strategies.
Recruiting & Talent Delivery:
Source screen and place toptier healthcare talent.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for clinical and nonclinical roles.
Ensure candidate experience reflects company values and quality standards.
Leadership & Team Development:
Help design and implement scalable processes for sales and recruiting.
Mentor and eventually lead a team of recruiters and account managers.
Play a key role in hiring training and promoting internal team members as the business grows.
Market Strategy & Growth:
Leverage healthcare staffing market knowledge to guide strategy.
Provide insights on competitive landscape pricing and trends.
Contribute to longterm regional and national expansion plans.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in healthcare staffing (clinical/nonclinical) ideally in a fulldesk or business development role.
Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
Strong understanding of healthcare workforce dynamics compliance and regulations.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a rollupyoursleeves mentality.
Leadership experience or strong leadership potential; ability to grow and mentor a team.
Local knowledge of the Phoenix healthcare market strongly preferred.
