Here is a comprehensive job description for a Manual Tester Scrum Master:
Key Responsibilities
*Manual Testing*
1. *Test Planning*: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts.
2. *Manual Testing*: Perform manual testing of software applications including functional regression and exploratory testing.
3. *Defect Management*: Identify report and track defects collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
4. *Test Data Management*: Create and manage test data ensuring data integrity and security.
*Scrum Master*
1. *Scrum Framework*: Facilitate Scrum teams ensuring adherence to Scrum principles practices and rules.
2. *Sprint Planning*: Collaborate with teams to plan and prioritize sprint backlogs ensuring alignment with project goals.
3. *Daily Scrum*: Facilitate daily Scrum meetings ensuring teams are aligned and working towards sprint goals.
4. *Impediment Removal*: Identify and remove impediments facilitating communication and collaboration within teams.
5. *Process Improvement*: Continuously improve Scrum processes implementing changes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
*Manual Testing*
1. *Testing Experience*: 2 years of experience in manual testing of software applications.
2. Agile Methodologies*: Experience working in Agile environments including Scrum or Kanban.
*General*
1. *Communication*: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English
2. *Collaboration*: Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development QA and product owners.
3. *Adaptability*: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
*Scrum Master*
1. *Coaching*: Experience coaching teams in Scrum principles and practices.
2. *Metrics and Reporting*: Ability to track and report Scrum metrics such as velocity burndown charts and sprint reports.
