- Register and update product listings descriptions prices and categories on our ecommerce platform (e.g. Odoo).
- Compress and upload product and promotional images ensuring proper formatting and quality.
- Maintain and update the promotional calendar coordinating product offers sales and campaign launches.
- Create and manage discount codes coupons and promotional banners.
- Ensure all product and offer information is accurate and uptodate across the site.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align ecommerce content with active campaigns.
- Assist in testing and reviewing site content for functionality and consistency.
- Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate updates with operations as needed.
- Create leads opportunities for our sales team from abandoned carts.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing ECommerce Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 1 3 years of experience in ecommerce online merchandising or digital content management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (experience with Odoo is a strong plus).
- Basic image editing and optimization skills (e.g. using tools like Photoshop Canva or equivalent).
- Familiarity with product catalog management pricing structures and promotional tools.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and digital merchandising principles.
Analytical & Organizational Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing product data and promotions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with operations or supply chain teams.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams particularly marketing and sales.
