Are you a techsavvy problemsolver with a strong understanding of financial processes such as accounts payable/receivable general ledger reconciliations and reporting We re looking for a System Administrator to join our team someone who can bridge the gap between IT and Finance by ensuring our businesscritical systems are fully optimised supported and aligned with operational needs.
As our System Administrator youll be the goto person for ensuring our business applications from ERP to CRM to LMS run smoothly and efficiently. Youll work closely with multiple departments especially finance to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions that enhance productivity and insight.
System Administrator is responsible for providing user support managing business applications and facilitating operational continuity across software systems. The role includes working closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements particularly within financerelated processes. A strong foundation in business systems user support and process optimisation is essential with programming knowledge seen as an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical and functional support to users across core business applications including ERP CRM CMMS LMS and other applications or systems that may be considered due to the dynamically evolving industry
- Assist with version upgrade management and implementation
- Contribute to system documentation user guides and training materials
- Support and manage ongoing improvement initiatives related to business process automation or optimisation
- Administer user accounts permissions and roles
- Assist in application testing development and deployment
- Assist with identifying documenting and analysing business requirements
- Assist with updates to system configurations workflows and reports
- Utilise SQL Business Intelligence (BI) and other reporting tools to support data analysis and reporting requirements
Requirements
- A relevant IT qualification at a graduate level (e.g. BCom or BSc) in Information Systems Information Management or a closely related field
- Proven experience in an IT support or system administration role
- Familiarity with programming (e.g. HTML DAX Python JavaScript) with the ability to write or understand code as needed
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as accounts payable/receivable general ledger reconciliations and reporting
- Exposure to information systems support (e.g. ERP CRM CMMS LMS solutions)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment and standard business productivity tools
