Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM Sydney with 1 hr unpaid lunch (35hrs per week)

We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Administrative Assistant with experience in the Australian Education sector. The ideal candidate will provide highlevel administrative support and demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of AI tools and technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daytoday administrative support to the team.

  • Assist with data entry document preparation and email correspondence.

  • Maintain and update records related to student information enrollments and compliance (specific to the Australian education domain).

  • Coordinate schedules meetings and appointments.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint) for various administrative tasks.

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline tasks and improve productivity (e.g. document summarization automation tools).

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Previous experience working within the Australian Education system (e.g. RTOs CRICOS universities or training providers).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
