Requirements
For L2:
3 years of IT support (helpdesk onsite or field service)
Knowhow in Hardware/SoftwareSupport (Windows macOS Mobile Devices)
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
For L3:
5 years in enterprise IT support (SCCM Intune network troubleshooting)
Certificates such as A Server or OEM (Dell/HP/Lenovo)
Passion for process optimization and knowledge transfer

Key Responsibilities: Support remote sites in and around the Region. Assist other HPIT teams as needed and attend operational meetings Maintain and update existing network infrastructure LAN and Voice MACD knowledge/skills Troubleshoot, repair, and install network equipment (switches, cables). Manage inventory of hardware, parts, and loaner equipment. Set up new PCs, perform system re-imaging, and End-user data transfer. Requirements: Advanced Windows OS knowledge (Mac/Linux a plus) High level of English & local language Relevant work experience from 2 to 5 years Valid driver's license Willingness to travel
