Clinical Duties:
- Coordinate and troubleshoot medical service provision to patients ensuring timely and quality care delivery.
- Oversee the Medical Concierge service providing personalized assistance and support to patients.
- Coordinate Telemedicine services facilitating remote consultations and telehealth initiatives.
- Manage Executive Health Services catering to the specialized healthcare needs of corporate clients and VIP patients.
- Play a significant role in medical research IRB development or product/system development contributing to innovation and advancement in healthcare.
- Oversee clinical programs by assisting in designing programs monitoring them for safety reporting adverse events and providing documentation to regulatory agencies.
- Monitor the availability of vaccines medicines pathology services and medical equipment and technology ensuring adequate supply for patient care.
- Monitor the quality of patient care evaluating the facility for safety efficiency and adherence to federal healthcare regulations.
Administrative Duties: - Provide support to employees and customers addressing inquiries concerns and complaints professionally.
- Update the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) with IT under the Chief Medical Officers guidance for new medications tests services discounts and promotions.
- Add Medical Forms with IT approval from the Chief Medical Officer for procedures key performance indicators (KPIs) and primary healthcare (PHC) requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to promote the companys healthcare services or products providing input on both the design and content of marketing materials.
- Work with the legal team to ensure the accuracy of all documentation including contracts consent forms and regulatory filings.
- Represent the company at conferences and other events networking with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
- Respond to customer complaints or questions promptly addressing issues and resolving conflicts to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Provide onsite training to physicians and other healthcare staff ensuring compliance with protocols and procedures.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between medical and operational teams fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications :
Minimum Graduation in Healthcare Administration Nursing or related field
Experience: 1 2 years in addressing & resolving patient complaints and experience of working with medical records in a healthcare setting
