Youll embark on a fulltime paid training program based in Hamilton for full time work in Auckland starting late September 2025. Over six months youll spend ten weeks onsite in Hamilton (accommodation provided) returning home each weekend.

The program involves daytime learning and evening study its an intensive and structured program so leave isnt available during this time. This unique opportunity is designed to set you up for longterm success building strong foundations and professional networks from day one.

What the programme offers:

• Fulltime paid training over approximately six months
• Fasttracked highintensity learningearn while you learn
• Handson placements alongside experienced Paramedics
• Industryrecognised NZ Diploma in Ambulance Practice (level 5)
• Step straight into a fulltime EMT position in Auckland at the end of your training

This is not a course for the fainthearted. Its an immersive challenging programme designed to prepare you for real emergency situationswhere youll be expected to step up stay calm and make a difference when it matters most.

Youll need to bring:

• A genuine commitment to a longterm clinical career
• The ability to learn quickly in a compressed highpressure training environment
• A full NZ drivers licence (held for 12 months or with an approved advanced driving course)
• Great physical fitness and emotional resilience
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• A current first aid certificate (we can help you get this if needed)

Previous experience in health or social care is an advantage but not essentialwell provide all the training. What were really looking for is passion dedication and the mindset to succeed.
