Job Description
Location: Northwest Hospital LifeBridge Health Randallstown MD
Job Type: Full-Time On-site Leadership
Northwest Hospital part of the LifeBridge Health system is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Department (ED). This is an outstanding opportunity to drive clinical excellence mentor a highly engaged team and shape emergency care delivery at one of Marylands leading community hospitals.
About the Emergency Department-
60-bed ED serving over 60000 patients annually

Provides comprehensive emergency care: cardiac events stroke behavioral health orthopedic injuries and minor trauma

Features a dedicated Rapid Care area for lower-acuity patients

Team-oriented environment with a strong culture of clinical support and collaboration

Provide 24/7 operational and clinical leadership for the Emergency Department

Ensure safe high-quality care delivery through effective staffing resource management and clinical oversight

Supervise and mentor Assistant Nurse Managers and clinical staff

Align departmental operations with hospital-wide goals for quality safety efficiency and patient satisfaction

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution required
-
Active Maryland RN license (or eligibility through compact licensure)

5 7 years of progressive nursing experience with ED or leadership experience strongly preferred

BLS certification required

National certification in nursing leadership or clinical specialty preferred (or willingness to obtain)
