You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs part of MEDFARs ambitious growth strategy particularly in British Columbia one of our top strategic priorities for 2025 you will join a multidisciplinary and national sales team of over 15 professionals. Reporting to the Sales Director Kassandra you will work closely with Todd (Business Development Executive) and Laurie (New Market Sales Specialist) to drive our expansion and contribute directly to MEDFARs continued success.
Main Responsibilities
Establish communication with firstline healthcare establishments to present our range of products.
Travel to clinics in British Columbia to meet potential clients and present them with the functionalities that come with the MYLE application.
Participate in the development of its territory and analyze new sales and upsell opportunities.
Coordinate and perform product demonstrations among potential users.
Collaborate with the internal team and the Sales Manager on various projects to optimize sales and stand out from the competition.
Establish/maintain strong relationships with existing clients and leverage them for new sales opportunities.
Create and deliver customized proposals or quotes while handling objections and negotiations.
Exceed sales targets and increase deal conversion rates
Working condition:
Qualifications :
Ideally you have:
University degree in business administration communications or a related field;
2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales ideally in SaaS or software products;
Proven experience with outbound prospecting including cold calling and inperson field visits;
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with prospects and clients;
Comfortable leading product demonstrations and adapting messaging to diverse audiences;
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset;
Techsavvy and autonomous in learning and using new tools and platforms;
Thrives in a fastpaced resultsdriven and competitive environment;
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Assets:
Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem in British Columbia;
Background as a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) or understanding of medical workflows;
Experience in customer service or marketing;
