As Head of Delivery you will be responsible for developing leading and managing our global logistics warehousing and distribution strategy. This pivotal role oversees the entire transport and distribution network ensures compliance with international trade regulations and aligns logistics operations with Sobis broader business strategy. Youll drive innovation build highperforming teams and create an agile customerfocused logistics function that supports our mission to make a difference for patients worldwide.
This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm Sweden or our Global hub in Basel Switzerland reporting directly to VP Head of Global Manufacturing & Supply.
Your impact will include:
Lead the strategic development and continual optimization of our logistics network including 3PLs prewholesalers and transport partners.
Ensure the highest level of performance in daily delivery operations including order management transportation trade compliance and customer qualification all in compliance with global trade and pharmaceutical regulations.
Translate Sobis strategic goals into actionable logistics plans. Lead annual objectivesetting and align logistics goals with other business units.
Inspire and grow a highperforming team across distribution transportation and trade compliance fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Drive digital transformation in logistics by adopting and implementing cuttingedge systems and tools such as TraceLink TMS and Visual Compliance.
Own logistics performance metrics and budgets. Collaborate across departments and with external partners to ensure scalable costefficient and customercentric operations.

Interpersonally you are a skilled communicator who can influence and align stakeholders across all levels fostering collaboration and high performance. You balance strong analytical thinking with peoplefirst leadership empowering your teams to deliver excellence every day.
What Were Looking For
A Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or related field
56 years of experience in supply chain/logistics with leadership roles in global operations
Experience from pharma is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of logistics systems (TMS WMS) and regulatory environments
Excellent interpersonal analytical and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage change resolve tradeoffs between cost and service and navigate disruptions on a global scale
