If this sounds like you or youre curious to learn more then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Join our Business Operations team as our new Health Safety Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Manager and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

Your new role
As our new HSEQ Manager you will lead the development and implementation of a proactive and positive HSEQ culture in our Norwegian operations. Youll be part of our Business Operations department reporting directly to the Geography Head of Business Operations with dotted line to Group HSEQ Director being a member of the global HSEQ community.

This role goes beyond complianceyoull shape how HSEQ is perceived and practiced both internally and externally. You will be a visible trusted leader with the presence to influence across all levels of the business. Youll work independently to drive key processes while fostering collaboration with our global network and Norwegian business areas. This role can be based anywhere in Norway but it will involve some travelparticularly if youre not based in Oslo where many of stakeholders are located.

Youll play a central role in a central role in a growing global HSEQ environment with the opportunity to impact core business decisions contribute to wellbeing and build strong crossfunctional partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Driving a proactive and positive HSEQ culture that aligns with national laws and ISO standards
  • Leading and coordinating national HSEQ strategy in collaboration with global and group teams
  • Overseeing compliance activities incident reporting and legal monitoring
  • Chairing the national HSE/Work Environment organization and promoting wellbeing initiatives
  • Coordinating onboarding HSEQ training quality audits performance reporting and inspections
  • Developing business cases and presentations to support continuous improvement and strategic alignment
  • Participating in certification processes and contributing to crisis management planning

About you

  • As minimum a bachelors degree in health & safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of practical HSEQ experience ideally including project leadership or construction site exposure
  • Experience with ISO standards () and national HSEQ regulations
  • A confident selfdriven leader with the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Skilled in building relationships and engaging stakeholders across organizational levels and geographies
  • Businessoriented mindset with the ability to understand operational challenges and translate them into actionable HSEQ initiatives
  • Passionate about people wellbeing and fostering a strong safety culture
