YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You act as a subject matter expert for both Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning ensuring alignment with organizational HR and financial planning processes.
- You provide postproduction support for Adaptive Planning resolving issues and optimizing solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- You collaborate crossfunctionally with HR Finance IT and business stakeholders to deliver integrated highquality Adaptive Planning and Workday solutions.
- You identify opportunities to streamline HR and financial planning workflows and automate routine processes.
- You perform regular system maintenance and configuration within Workday and Adaptive Planning.
- You deliver effective enduser training and documentation for both HRIS and Adaptive Planning tools.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
You have proven experience working with Workday HCM minimum 2 years.
You have handson experience with Adaptive Planning and are confident supporting global business units minimum 1 year working directly with Adaptive Planning.
You demonstrate strong Excel skills and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
You bring a problemsolving mindset balancing technical excellence with business needs.
You have excellent communication skills able to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders in English.
Youre a proactive team player who enjoys fastpaced environments and managing multiple priorities.
