This role directly supports theUniversityStrategic Plan by overseeing and managing the financial and operational functions of the Human Resources department.
This position provides strategic and daytoday leadership in budget planning financial analysis compliance monitoring and administrative operations. The Business Manager also ensures fiscal accountability supports operational efficiency and serves as a key liaison between departmental leadership and internal/external stakeholders laying the foundation for sustainable growth innovation and longterm impact across the university.
