We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Finance and Project Analyst to support organizational development and decisionmaking through analysis research and reporting. This position plays a key role in financial tracking for grants and fundraising efforts project oversight and crossdepartmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning budgeting and overall strategic initiatives
  • Monitor the progress and compliance of assigned projects and contracts
  • Provide operational support by engaging with stakeholders and tracking timelines
  • Maintain accurate project contracts and financial documentation
  • Prepare review and manage project documentation and deliverables
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to provide financerelated insights on project performance
  • Communicate requirements and updates across departments for smooth project execution

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • BLS certification provided upon employment
  • Strong enthusiasm for the organizations mission and initiatives
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional conduct and rolemodel behavior aligned with organizational values
  • Selfstarter with the ability to manage projects from initiation through completion
