We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Finance and Project Analyst to support organizational development and decisionmaking through analysis research and reporting. This position plays a key role in financial tracking for grants and fundraising efforts project oversight and crossdepartmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning budgeting and overall strategic initiatives
- Monitor the progress and compliance of assigned projects and contracts
- Provide operational support by engaging with stakeholders and tracking timelines
- Maintain accurate project contracts and financial documentation
- Prepare review and manage project documentation and deliverables
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to provide financerelated insights on project performance
- Communicate requirements and updates across departments for smooth project execution
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- BLS certification provided upon employment
- Strong enthusiasm for the organizations mission and initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional conduct and rolemodel behavior aligned with organizational values
- Selfstarter with the ability to manage projects from initiation through completion
