Job Description
High School Diploma or GED required
Works well in a team environment
Customer service oriented
Previous manufacturing experience
Experience with automotive supplier OEM or plastics industry is a plus
- Operate molders grinders trim presses testers and other manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Perform hand operations such as trimming assembly soldering and packing
- Set up and modify assembly and/or test equipment layouts as required
- Maintain safe work environment and follow all safety standards
- Report deviations from the normal production process (machine faults tool malfunctions material problems etc...)
- Report quality defects
- Inspection of the parts in accordance with the workerinspection plan or according to instruction before packing
- Packaging of products in accordance with instructions
- As part of TPM maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace at all times
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds on a regular basis
- Some aspects of the job may require repetitive motion
- Standing for majority of shift (Min 8 hour long shifts)
- Significant amount of bending and twisting
