Our ideal candidate profile is influential directional collaborative and an advisory to engineering team product and business. You should excel in working with industry standard engineering practices and frameworks.
As a Technical Lead you will:
- Identify evaluate and define architectural approaches for developing software solutions.
- Build scalable solutions looking at both functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Ensure best practices are followed during software development process.
- Oversee code reviews coding standards and maintainable code.
- Lead govern and guide engineering team members to develop advanced technological solutions.
- Proactively detect risks/issues in the solution and look at mitigation approaches
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product management and design to align technical solutions with business goals and timelines.
- Mentor and manage the nextlevel team and support the technical career growth of the organization.
- Advocate for automated testing and continuous integration practices.
Experience and Background
- BSc in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
- 6 years of industry experience in web application design and development.
- Experience in AWS Cloud Services IAAS PAAS.
- Elasticsearch indexing and search result optimization.
- Handson experience and knowledge in Java script/ React JS and MongoDB applications.
- Drive and own Technical Solution documentation.
- Prior knowledge of Microservices and Containerization.
- Knowledge of ecommerce frameworks.
