About the Role
Digital Trust and Safety Team Leader (Czech English)
In todays hyperconnected world every click matters. Behind the screen theres a team making tough decisions to keep users safe and platforms credible. Were looking for a Team Leader fluent in Czech and English to guide that mission forward.
This is a leadership opportunity in digital trust and safety ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence people management and digital ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of trust and safety analysts monitoring online content resolving escalated cases and ensuring high compliance with platform policies.
- Coach and develop your team nurturing both their technical performance and their wellbeing in a challenging but meaningful space.
- Analyze trends and proactively optimize workflows quality metrics and training needs.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with policy quality assurance and global operations teams.
Requirements:
- Full professional fluency in Czech (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)
- Experience in content moderation digital operations or compliance
- Strong decisionmaking skills and emotional intelligence especially when navigating sensitive content
- Ability to inspire trust manage team dynamics and deliver under pressure
