Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a HR Executive (Strategic Planning):
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in HR digital transformation projects and collaborate with both internal departments and external partners.
- Understand reporting and analytics needs from various business units.
- Recommend suitable data mining tools and analytical methods to generate actionable insights for HR and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends opportunities and potential risks.
- Assist in formulating action plans based on datadriven insights to enhance HR and business performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic IT programming knowledge is advantageous.
- Training is provided.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4200 AWS VB (1 2 Months)
- Working Location: Yishun
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Monday to Friday 8.15am 5.30pm
