Sonnet Montessori & Childcare is seeking caring flexible individuals to join our oncall substitute team at our Lakeville and Prior Lake locations. Whether youre an experienced educator or simply passionate about early childhood development this is a great way to stay connected to Montessori education with a schedule that works for you.
What Youll Experience:
- Peaceful Purposeful Classrooms: Step into environments designed with natural materials calming spaces and childled activities rooted in Montessori philosophy.
- Respectful Supportive Culture: Our schools value grace courtesy and collaborationfor both children and staff.
- Flexible Scheduling: You choose the days youre available. We ask that substitutes accept at least 5 requests per month for consistency.
What Were Looking For:
- Warmth and Reliability: A genuine love for working with children and a dependable professional presence.
- Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old; no prior experience required for aidelevel support but childcare experience is a plus.
- Adaptability: Preference for those open to working at either campus (Lakeville or Prior Lake).
