Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to teach students in Grades 15 following the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching young learners possess excellent communication skills and create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Implementation
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the CBSE syllabus in subjects like English Mathematics EVS and Hindi.
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods to enhance student learning.
- Student Engagement & Development
- Foster curiosity critical thinking and problemsolving skills in students.
- Conduct fun and educational activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Identify and address individual learning needs.
- Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and encourage a positive classroom environment.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students at all times.
- Assessment & Reporting
- Conduct regular assessments quizzes and assignments to monitor student progress.
- Maintain records of student performance and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work closely with fellow teachers coordinators and school management.
- Participate in training programs workshops and faculty meetings.
- Cocurricular Activities
- Organize and support extracurricular activities like storytelling art music and sports.
- Encourage student participation in school events and competitions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor s Degree (B.A././. in any subject.
- ./. (Diploma or Bachelor of Education) is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
Experience:
- 13 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for teaching young children may also apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Patience empathy and creativity in teaching.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching.
