About the Role:
Xtrim Global Solutions is looking for a proactive and resultsdriven Recruiter / HR Executive to join our HR team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for our international BPO/KPO operations while supporting various HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for international voice and nonvoice BPO roles.
- Source candidates through job portals social media references and walkins.
- Conduct telephonic and inperson HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with operations and technical panels.
- Handle onboarding background verification and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
- Conduct induction sessions and assist with training coordination.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and retention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in BPO recruitment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills especially in English.
- Familiarity with hiring for night shifts and international processes.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
