As a key leader within Suncorps Product & Regulatory Reporting Team you will be at the forefront of driving and delivering a strategic remediation program. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad portfolio delivering insights and outcomes that shape decisionmaking and support profitable growth.
You will lead with impact fostering a highperforming team culture while working closely with a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of remediation initiatives.
What Youll Do
- Lead and manage the remediation program across Policy and Claims
- Ensure timely accurate completion of all remediation activities
- Inspire coach and develop a team of talented professionals
- Project manage or collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver on initiatives
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular visibility on progress
- Extract and analyse data to generate actionable insights
- Influence strategic outcomes with customercentric thinking and simplicity
- Navigate complexity remove blockers and proactively respond to changing business needs
What Youll Bring
- Strong problemsolving skills and critical thinking
- Proficiency in SAS SQL Python or R
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Tertiary qualification in Business Commerce Statistics or a related field (preferred)
- Solid numeracy skills and advanced Excel capability
- A selfmotivated collaborative and adaptable mindset
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams
