The Manager Portfolio Management & Solution Delivery will lead the SAP Analytics Enablement (SAE) teams portfolio and program management efforts. This role ensures that all initiatives are strategically aligned appropriately vetted and prioritized to maximize business impact. They will be responsible for representing the SAE Team on the CTIES portfolio meetings and aligning with our business client and digital partners to document opportunities. This includes managing the SAE Teams demand process and executing on our communication strategy to our stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong understanding of delivering solutions utilizing different methodologies (SDLC PDLC ADLC) and leveraging performance measurement frameworks on how to identify KPIs OKRs to track overall team effectiveness and progress.
The candidate will also be responsible for solution delivery on projects when necessary taking on project management responsibilities and driving to completion.
This role will also be involved in our massive upgrade of our SAP BW platform which aligns strategically and is at the same scale as our recent upgrade to SAP S4. Ensuring that our data architecture integrity remains intact during the transition.
Role Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management & Prioritization
Own and manage the SAE teams portfolio of initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Vet incoming work requests to ensure feasibility value and alignment with business priorities.
Facilitate prioritization discussions with business stakeholders and client partners.
Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve delivery processes and team performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business units client partners and analytics leads to identify and document opportunities that drive measurable impact.
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Delivery Oversight
Ensure all projects adhere to established standards and methodologies including SDLC PDLC and ADLC.
Provide governance and oversight to ensure timely high-quality delivery of solutions.
Act as solution delivery lead for different initiatives as needed.
Communication & Collaboration
Contribute to and execute our communication strategy leveraging our comms methods to ensure our businesses and digital partners are informed about and know how to access our products and services
Participate in required demos and trainings that help our business and digital partners to better utilize our products and services
Escalate any impactful issues to the proper decision maker or SAP Analytics Enablement Team Lead
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Business or a related field.
4 Years of proven experience (2 years with Masters degree) in digital portfolio management
Proven experience in project management utilizing SDLC methodology (PDLC ADLC nice to have)
Demonstrated understanding of SAPBW
Exceptional verbal written communication and organizational skills along with interpersonal skills that allow for collaboration across a diverse group of people
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification
Experience with enterprise-wide Analytics program portfolio management
Experience in executing on an organizational communications strategy
Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Possible night and weekend work during project/program deployments.
Ability to travel up to 10% of time as required

Work Location Assignment:Hybrid; on-site 2-3x/week or as needed by the business
