Sales Executives Specialties QCommerce Bucharest

Help us redefine how Romanians shop locally. As part of our QCommerce Sales team youll bring niche grocery stores onto the platform lead fullcycle sales outreach and close strategic partnerships.

Youll be:

  • Crafting valuedriven deals with highpotential partners
  • Pitching and negotiating with key decisionmakers
  • Creating scalable strategies to grow our presence
  • Driving Glovos growth and shaping local commerce

Ideal for ambitious gogetters who love the thrill of closing deals and building relationships from the ground up.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant handson sales experience key contacts in the industry are a plus.
  • You have a mindset of a hunter who always reaches the right decision maker.
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets in previous roles showcasing tangible achievements and results. Ambition to overachieve targets is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to adapt selling techniques to different client personalities and organizational structures demonstrating a flexible and dynamic approach
  • You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce Dynamics etc.).
  • Get things done attitude proactive organized and obsessed with details
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills an empathetic inclusive and curious attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a highgrowth and highperformance startup environment.
  • Romanian proficiency and a very good command of English are a must.

Account Managers

Work directly with our local partners to maximize their potential on the Glovo platform. Youll support grow and inspire small and medium businesses across Romania.

Youll be:

  • Managing partner performance and optimizing visibility
  • Implementing promos and marketing activations
  • Creating scalable systems to make partners independent
  • Collaborating crossfunctionally to elevate the partner journey

Ideal for those who love databacked decisions smart execution and lasting relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:

  • 2 years of experience in highperformance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG foodhospitality or ondemand delivery industry.
  • Bachelor in Business Administration Marketing Industrial Engineering or is a plus.
  • Youre motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage
  • Problem solver datadriven with an analytical approach based on details.
  • You are a highly organized proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills eager to engage in both strategic planning and handson execution to drive results.
  • Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.
  • Native level of Romanian is required as proficiency in English.

Data Analysts

Data fuels our decisions. Join our Business Intelligence or Commercial Analytics teams to uncover insights that shape strategy and drive business growth.

Youll be:

  • Supporting the team with data to improve Glovos operations.
  • Analyzing data to enhance Courier KPIs and retention.
  • Resolving data reliability issues.
  • Acting as the main data contact driving a datadriven approach.
  • Providing insights to improve courier onboarding and retention.
  • Managing dashboards and building new tools for metric visibility.
  • Developing analytical models and frameworks for the team.
  • Identifying key levers to improve KPIs.
  • Evaluating strategic opportunities through analysis and A/B testing.
  • Understanding local needs and the courier experience.

Ideal for those who are passionate about data problemsolving and driving impactful business decisions through analytical insights.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:

  • Bachelor in Engineering Maths or any technological domain
  • Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • Problemsolving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • Proficient in SQL and Python
  • JavaScripts is a plus
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau Looker Data Studio & Qlikview
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
  • Proactive organized and obsessed with details
