This is a great opportunity for someone with Payments experience who is ready for a move into Product Management. What do I need
- CustomerCentric Mindset: Youll need a knack for understanding and prioritizing customer needs ensuring their experiences are at the forefront of our product development.
- Curiosity and Learning: A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about realtime payments and the evolving landscape of Payments. Youll be expected to stay informed and adapt quickly.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills are essential. Youll work closely with various teams across the business including frontline distribution project and support teams to drive product success.
- Industry Insight: The ability to stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies. Youll provide valuable insights into customer behaviour and market conditions to recommend product innovations.
- Proactive Risk Management: A proactive approach to managing risks and improving products. Youll champion key risk behaviours maintain an endtoend ownership mindset and continuously monitor product performance adoption and customer feedback to iterate and improve.
