About the Role
Joining ourLifestyles (home care support) team you willprovide oneonone support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes with travel between clients and working short split shifts required.
To provide best support you will have experience in providing high intensity daily personal activities (including complex bowel care) and manual handling (including hoist transfers).
To be considered for a role you must be able to commit to a variety of client session times across various suburbs. The typical suburbs and session availability is as follows:
South Granville: Mon 8:4510:45am or 10am12pm Tue 9:30am10:30am or 9:30am11:30am Wed 1011am Thu 9am11:15am or 9am11am and Fri 10am11am or 10am 12pm
Smithfield: Mon 9:30am 12:30pm Tue 78am Fri 78am Sat 78am and Sun 79am
Guildford: Fri 9am 4pm
Auburn: Thu 122pm Sat 8:1510:15am or 8:3010:30am and Sun 9:3010:30am
Bass Hill:Mon 12:452:45pm Tue 12:152:15pm Wed 911am & 11:15am1:15pm Fri 11:30am 2:15pm & 13pm and Sat 9:4511:45am
Lurnea: Fri 13pm and 45pm
Note shifts will be paid at a minimum of 2 hours and you will be reimbursed 0.99 cents per kilometre travelled between client sessions.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
