About the role:
- Work alongside a nationally recognised leader in commercial property development projects and innovative structuring.
- Advise on complex real estate development projects and transactions across commercial industrial/logistics residential and mixeduse sectors.
- Gain exposure to significant lease precommitment deals for office industrial and retail developments.
The ideal candidate:
- Associate to Senior Associate (37 PQE) with strong background in real estate law with a focus on development projects and property transactions.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university
- A clientfocused approach with a commitment to delivering practical commercially sound advice.
