As a Sales Representative Customs Brokerage & Freight Forwarding you will lead new business development efforts across the Greater Toronto Area targeting companies that import and export goods across North America and globally. You will focus on building relationships with logistics managers supply chain coordinators and business owners offering tailored freight forwarding and customs clearance solutions. This hybrid role is ideal for a selfdirected experienced sales professional who understands crossborder logistics and thrives in a fastpaced relationshipdriven environment. Compensation includes a base salary of $70000 to $90000 with OTE between $100000 and $120000 in the first year.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
210 years of B2B sales experience in logistics transportation or supply chain industries
2 years experiences with customs brokerage and/or freight forwarding highly preferred
Experience selling to small and midsized businesses across varied sectors
Excellent communicator with strong relationshipbuilding skills
Confident working independently and managing your own pipeline
Comfortable with CRM systems Google Workspace and basic quoting tools
Highly motivated goaloriented and accountable

SALES CYCLE / ORDER VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:
Sales Cycle: 13 months
Typical Monthly Revenue per Client: $2000 $10000
TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES:
Drive new business development through outbound prospecting and lead followup
Conduct discovery calls and meetings (phone Zoom and inperson)
Collaborate with internal operations to prepare accurate quotes and onboarding documentation
Guide prospects through the benefits of switching providers or integrating new services
Manage CRM updates followups and proposal tracking
Build strong ongoing client relationships to support retention and upselling
Stay up to date on industry trends regulatory changes and client pain points
LEADS:

50% SelfSourced via Prospecting & Outreach (email LinkedIn networking)
