Be the first point of contact for customers assisting via phone email and live chat.
Solve payment and account queries ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Use yourbilingual skills to support Italianspeaking customers.
Gather customer feedback and work with other teams to improve processes.
Use leading tools likeSalesforce CRM and Zendeskto manage customer interactions.
