Job Description

Tasks

This is a remote contract role for a CoFounder/Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will build and maintain client relationships identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth. She/He will develop and implement strategic sales plans conduct market research and present solutions to clients. Additionally the Business Development Manager will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Increasing the reach and impact of our Interim Product Management services by acquiring new clients
  • Maintaining client relationships and participating in industry events
  • Collaborating with the team to test and improve prospecting strategies
  • Coaching Product Managers to enhance their client relationships
  • Building strong partnerships with both clients and internal teams
  • Leading initiatives that improve team performance client satisfaction and longterm profitability

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Experience in the tech industry and knowledge of product management
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience working with tech scaleups and startups
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field
