Are you a skilled D365FO Supply Chain Consultant ready to make an impact across diverse industries
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Business Applications (BA) team. You will be instrumental in delivering functional and technical consulting services ensuring successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) with a strong focus on Supply Chain. This role demands excellent communication skills handson experience with D365FO and the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new business environments.
What You ll Be Doing
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to assess prospective client needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Deliver tailored technology demonstrations and develop Statements of Work.
- Assist with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes.
Implementation Consulting:
- Lead or participate in the full cycle implementation of D365FO Supply Chain modules.
- Facilitate requirement analysis workshops and document business processes.
- Create design specifications and conduct fit/gap analysis.
- Collaborate with developers on customizations and conduct testing with clients.
- Provide enduser training and support.
- Assist Project Managers as required.
Client Support & Upgrades:
- Deliver ongoing remote or onsite client support.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions with clients.
- Provide upgrade assessments cost estimations and perform upgrade services.
Administrative Duties:
- Accurately track time and services rendered using internal tools.
- Meet billable hour and productivity targets.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal methodologies and tools.
Product Knowledge & Development:
- Stay current with Microsoft certifications and product updates.
- Research and recommend new technologies or thirdparty tools.
- Mentor junior consultants as needed.
What You ll Bring
- A relevant degree (Industrial Engineering or with Supply Chain preferred especially at Honours level).
- 3 5 years of consulting experience including at least 3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Involvement in at least 3 golives upgrades or fullcycle implementations.
- Strong analytical and data handling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to bridge the gap between technical and business.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- A collaborative enthusiastic and solutionsoriented mindset.
- A passion for leveraging technology to enhance business operations.
- Bonus: Experience in Customer and Employee Engagement.
