Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development Activities
- Initiate and participate in a variety of business development initiatives monthly.
- Successfully execute and close two (2) impactful business development activities every month.
2. Proof of Funds Services Management
- Coordinate with financial partners and service users to ensure seamless delivery.
- Acquire four (4) new clients monthly for the Proof of Funds service.
3. Lead Generation and Conversion
- Generate at least 1000 new leads per month through social media and digital platforms.
- Developing effective strategies to convert leads into paying clients.
- Successfully convert a minimum of four (4) leads monthly with a key focus on study abroad applicants to the UK and other destinations.
4. Reporting and Meetings
- Submit daily activity reports to track progress and performance.
- Attend weekly team meetings every Saturday to align with organizational goals and strategy.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Administration Tourism or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of international destinations are an advantage.
