Job Summary
Our Client is Seeking a Business Development Manager who would be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities fostering relationships with clients and other construction stakeholders and driving growth initiatives that align with our mission to improve client sustainability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction equipment market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and construction stakeholders.
- To contact our target segment top managements in order to generate enquiries and interest in our value propositions and service offerings.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies and plans that build customer loyalty brand awareness enquiries and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends competitive landscape and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement and project management to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present proposals contracts and agreements to clients.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities progress and results to senior management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field
- Master s Degree could be an Advantage
- Minimum of 10 and 6 years Working and similar role Experiences Respectively
- Proven experience in business development sales or a related role within the construction equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction equipment market including specification engineering procurement and execution processes.
- Marketing Strategy Development Planning Execution & Management Experience
- Experience in marketing and sales of industrial or capital products and services
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients partners and stakeholders.
